Cialis Usage:
Cialis should be taken exactly as prescribed - no more than once a day.
Do not take more than once dose in a single 24 hour period. One Cialis tablet
should be taken about 30 minutes before sexual activity. Cialis may provide
improved sexual activity up to 36 hours after dosing. Some form of sexual
stimulation is needed for an erection to happen with Cialis. This product
may be taken with or without meals. Do not drink excessive amounts of alcohol
(5 drinks or more) when taking Cialis, as this may increase the probability
for side effects to occurr. Cialis should be stored at room temperature
away from moisture and heat and kept out of the reach of children.
Cialis Drug Interactions:
(See Precautions) Taking Cialis in combination with nitrates (Nitrostat,
Nitrolingual, Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid, Minitran, Deponit, Transderm-Nitro,
and others) may result in serious side effects. Cialis is not to be taken
with any medications described as alpha-blockers (such as Cardura, Hylorel,
Minipress, Hytrin, Uroxatral, Flomax, etc). Taking Cialis with alpha-blockers
may drop your blood pressure to an unsafe level. Cialis should also not
be taken with: any other medications used to treat impotence, such as alprostadil
(Caverject, Muse, Edex) or yohimbine (Yocon, Yodoxin, etc); the antibiotic
drug erythromycin (E-Mycin, Eryc, Ery-Tab, others); an antifungal medication
such as itraconazole (Sporanox) or ketoconazole (Nizoral). Drugs other than
those listed here may also interact with Cialis or affect your condition.

Cialis Precautions:
Do not take Cialis if you are already taking any form of medication known
as nitrates or medications known as alpha-blockers. It is extremely important
that our physicians know (by way of the Medical Questionnaire associated
with your order) if you have heart problems such as angina, have experienced
heart failure, irregular heartbeats, or have had a heart attack; have low
blood pressure or have high blood pressure that is not controlled; have
had a stroke; have liver problems; have kidney problems or require dialysis;
have retinitis pigmentosa, a rare genetic (runs in families) eye disease;
have stomach ulcers; have a bleeding problem; have a deformed penis shape
or Peyronie's disease; have had an erection that lasted more than 4 hours
or have blood cell problems such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma,
or leukemia. If you take too much Cialis, call your Primary Care Physician
or an emergency room right away.
Cialis Side Effects:
The most common side effects with Cialis are headache, indigestion, back
pain, muscle aches, flushing, and stuffy or runny nose. These side effects
usually go away after a few hours. Patients who get back pain and muscle
aches usually get it 12 to 24 hours after taking Cialis. Back pain and muscle
aches usually go away by themselves within 48 hours. Call your Primary Care
Physician if you get a side effect that bothers you or one that will not
go away.
